Wisconsin's Grand Geneva Resort to Add New Villas for Groups

Next year, guests at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI, will have a new option for group accommodations thanks to the addition of 29 new all-season villas to its 1,300-acre campus, owner Marcus Hotels & Resorts announced this week.

Featuring studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom accommodations, the new villas -- which will be created by renovating several unused buildings adjacent to the resort's spa and salon -- will include a full kitchen, fireplace, flat-screen TVs, washer and dryer, and deluxe furnishings. The villas will have access to all the resort's amenities, not to mention their own outdoor swimming pool during the summer months and six fire pits.

"The Grand Geneva Resort & Spa is a very special, all-season destination for leisure and business guests," said Marcus Hotels & Resorts Chief Operating Officer Joseph Khairallah. "The addition of the villas at Grand Geneva is a multi-million dollar investment designed to enhance the resort experience for travelers who want expanded, upscale accommodations."

Half of Grand Geneva's new villas will open in March 2017 and the other half by June 2017. When all 29 are open, Grand Geneva -- which currently has 355 guest rooms at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa and 225 suites at Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark -- will have more than 600 total accommodations.
