The Golf Club at Ballantyne Resort in Charlotte, N.C., has announced the opening of a new corporate events venue, its golf outing pavilion. Part of an extensive renovation that was unveiled on Sept. 18, when the golf club officially reopened, the new pavilion was designed to host groups for corporate gatherings, receptions and other special events.
"At the Golf Club at Ballantyne Resort, our vision is to become the obvious choice for corporate and special event golf outings," Ballantyne's Director of Golf Woody Allen said in a statement. "When you think superior golf outing, we want you to think of the Golf Club at Ballantyne Resort."
Ballantyne's golf outing pavilion is a full-service event facility—for pre- or post-golf outing events—that features expanded food and beverage options, men's and women's restrooms, a 60-inch plasma television and full audiovisual capabilities. It can accommodate up to 140 guests and is serviced by a full staff of experienced event planners and event managers.
