One of Vietnam's most prestigious properties, The Nam Hai in Hoi An -- a UNESCO-protected trading port from the 15th century and one of Vietnam's modern culinary meccas -- will become a Four Seasons resort effective Dec. 20, Four Seasons announced yesterday.
Vietnam's first Four Seasons, the all-villa beachfront resort is currently undergoing a renovation to add new features and enhancements. Upon completion next month, the refreshed resort will offer 40 private residence villas and 60 newly-renovated resort villas, each of which will feature outdoor showers, terraces, and both indoor and outdoor living spaces. Amenities will include three pools, three dining venues, a new beach bar, a re-concepted spa, and an all-new Vietnamese cooking school.
"The best is about to get even better as we unveil new features and experiences for our guests, all wrapped in the legendary service for which Four Seasons is known the world over," said General Manager Anthony Gill. "Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai on Ha My beach is a special place, both a sanctuary and a playground for the culturally curious, beach lovers, active families, culinary connoisseurs, and spiritual seekers."
