The Robert A.M. Stern-designed, 189-room Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown has opened in the shadow of One World Trade Center. The brand's second New York hotel, the new property joins the Four Seasons Hotel New York on 57th Street.

"Downtown New York has been reborn as the most vibrant neighborhood in city," said Peter Humig, general manager of the all-new hotel. "It's no longer simply a business district. You can feel the energy the minute you arrive, and we are proud to be in the heart of it."

Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown is located in Tribeca, just steps from Wall Street, One World Trade Center, and the new Oculus transportation hub.

A dramatic suspended staircase leads to the 2,990-square-foot Greenwich Ballroom, an ideal setting for up to 175 guests, with windows looking down Church and Barclay Streets, and two additional salons provide options for smaller functions or breakouts.

CUT by Wolfgang Puck, located inside the hotel, is the celebrity chef's first Manhattan address, seating 64 in the main dining room, 32 in the lounge, and up to 31 in a more intimate space off the main dining room.

The property also features a state-of-the art 6,000-square-foot fitness center also with a 75-foot indoor lap pool with an outdoor terrace. The 4,500-square-foot Spa at Four Seasons includes ten treatment rooms, saunas, and a retail boutique offering premium skincare products.

As is the case with many new hotels in cities, the Four Seasons also includes 157 residences in addition to its guest rooms.
