A new Four Seasons hotel, the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, has set a "soft" opening date of Nov. 1, 2011, in Baltimore's trendy Harbor East neighborhood, the Baltimore Sun reported this month.
At a cost of $197 million, the much-anticipated hotel will have 256 guest rooms and 20,000 square feet of meeting space, not to mention an onsite spa, an 1,800-square-foot fitness center, and an "urban pool oasis" overlooking the harbor and marina.
Director of Public Relations Liliana Baldassari told the Sun that the hotel already has started booking group business, including meetings, and will begin accepting individual reservations this summer.
