Kinseth Hospitality Corporation, an Iowa-based hotel development and management company, has opened two new hotels in Lincoln, Neb., it recently announced.The first, the newly built Hampton Inn & Suites Lincoln - Northeast I-80, features four stories, 82 guest suites and two meeting rooms, the largest of which is 900 square feet. It also sports an indoor pool, fitness center and business center.The second hotel, the Residence Inn Lincoln South, features three stories, 91 guest rooms and 420 square feet of meeting space for small groups of up to 30. Located within a 370,000-square-foot commercial development known as The Marketplace at Village Gardens, the hotel also has an onsite fitness center, an indoor swimming pool, and a 24-hour self-service food and beverage area.
