Denver's Cherry Creek Inn Renovated, Reflagged

The former Cherry Creek Inn in Denver's Cherry Creek neighborhood has been gutted, rebuilt and reflagged as a Hilton Garden Inn, its owner, Stonebridge Companies, announced this month.

The eight-story hotel, now called the Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Cherry Creek, has 210 renovated guest rooms and 4,200 square feet of renovated meeting space, not to mention a full-service restaurant, 11,000 square feet of retail space, and an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and fitness center.

"It's everything you look for in real estate," Stonebridge President Navin C. Dimond said of the refurbished hotel. "The building is high profile and it's on a great corner. The hotel has performed well in years past, but it was time for a thorough reinvention."
