The website,, includes Facebook, Twitter and Google+ integration, and combines tools for volunteers and donors with information for delegates. Features include a "Making History" multimedia archive of past Democratic National Conventions, an online store, and a vendor directory that will help national organizers connect with local and regional businesses for the purpose of organizing and executing the convention.

"The beautiful, diverse and dynamic city of Charlotte is a fitting host for the 2012 Democratic National Convention," said Plus Three President and Founder Juan Proaño. "We hope the social media and fundraising tools Plus Three has honed will reflect the vibrancy of the city and the excitement that is already building for the 2012 presidential race. Through the tools that we have built for the committee, over the next year will become the hub of information for the millions who will follow and attend the convention. We are proud that the site continues to build on our success of creating a state-of-the-art presence for many important political and progressive causes."

The Democratic National Convention is expected to attract 35,000 visitors to the Charlotte area, including 15,000 media, up to 700 delegates, and various politicians ranging from U.S. representatives and senators to governors and diplomats. According to Plus Three, it's anticipated that there will be more than 1,000 events held in Charlotte during the convention, in addition to official DNC activity.
