Celebrity chef David Burke — a contestant on the current season of Bravo’s popular reality TV series, “Top Chef Masters” — has opened a new event space at his Chicago restaurant, David Burke’s Primehouse inside The James Chicago hotel, the restaurant announced yesterday.
The space, Burke’s Dining Room, offers a private dining experience that takes the concept of a chef’s table “to the next level,” according to the restaurant. Featuring a “wall of wine” with temperature-controlled wine storage, rotating art by Chicago artists and two tables for 10 guests, the room accommodates up to 20 people for seated dinners or cocktail receptions, with all events overseen by The James Chicago events and catering staff, as well as a Primehouse chef.
