Carmine's Now Open Inside the Forum Shops at Caesars

New York's legendary Italian restaurant brings family-style portions and authentic fare to Las Vegas.

New York Italian restaurant Carmine’s is now open on the Las Vegas Strip. Located inside The Forum Shops at Caesars, the colossal 750-seat eatery serves up family-style portions of Southern Italian cuisine. Las Vegas marks the restaurant’s sixth location with others in Manhattan, Atlantic City, Washington D.C., and Atlantis in the Bahamas. The Las Vegas incarnation of Carmine’s boasts nine private dining rooms, perfect for meetings and special events.

The 27,000-square-foot restaurant, designed by Bill Johnson of Johnson Studios, features the trademark touches that grace all Carmine’s locations - high ceilings, antique chandeliers, and warm, homey colors. Walls are lined with black and white photographs depicting the Southern Italian families whose culinary traditions inspired the restaurant’s timeless menu.

Carmine’s is located at 3500 S. Las Vegas Blvd. inside The Forum Shops at Caesars. The restaurant is open Sunday – Thursday from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and Friday –Saturday from 11 a.m. – midnight.
