GCG Event Partners, an on-site meeting management company based in Stoneham, MA, has released its "Best Restaurants to Host a Dinner Meeting in Las Vegas" list. Since 2003, the company has been providing onsite meeting management services for dinner meetings held in private dining rooms throughout the city.
"Meeting planners know that selecting a restaurant to hold a dinner meeting sight unseen can be a roll of the dice," says Lori Gershaw, president of GCG Event Partners.
GCG uses the following criteria to evaluate a restaurant:
• aesthetics of private dining room including its location within the restaurant
• how the dining room accommodations fit the meeting's requirements
• availability for registration set-up; whether space is provided inside or outside of meeting room
• attentiveness from restaurant management
• quality of the food and beverage
• performance of wait staff
• convenience of travel to venue location and parking options
