The packages are based on four-night, five day stays with a minimum of 50 rooms/100 participants, with options to add additional nights. Accommodations are in ocean view rooms and include one suite upgrade and two complimentary travel staff rooms. Porterage fees, maid gratuieties, local and toll-free calls, welcome and farewell receptions, a hospitality room with unlimited refreshments, meals, and a delux farewell banquet are also inluded. At the Outrigger Wailea Resort, the package starts at $1,410 per person, double occupncy, with additional nights starting at $295 per room. At the Outrigger Waikoloa Beach, the package starts at $1,155 per person, double occupancy, with addittional nights starting at $250 per room.
