MEETING PACKAGE: San Jose's Sainte Claire Announces Triple Incentive

The Sainte Claire hotel in downtown San Jose, Calif., has announced its "3 Steps to Success" promotion, which allows meeting planners to receive three special incentives, in addition to two exclusive perks, when they book and actualize meetings prior to Dec. 31, 2008.

Meeting planners who book at least 50 room nights at the Sainte Claire will receive 20 percent off the property's best available rate, 5 percent off the total guestroom bill upon conclusion of their event and complimentary wireless Internet access.

Additionally, they'll receive two of the following perks:

• 50 percent off meeting room rental
• 10 percent off audio/visual equipment
• One complimentary guestroom per 30 rooms booked
• Guestroom upgrades
• Special welcome amenities

Planners who book a second meeting by Dec. 31, 2008, also have the option of receiving as one of their perks 25 percent off the hotel's best available rate for all guestrooms, plus an additional complimentary guestroom.

Finally, meeting planners will receive an American Express gift card worth $250 when they book between $5,000 and $9,999 in revenue, $500 when they book between $10,000 and $14,999 in revenue, and $750 when they book more than $15,000 in revenue.
