Saddlebrook Resort in Tampa, Fla., is courting business travelers and meeting planners with a "suite deal" that includes oversized luxury suites for one's entire group at low rates with no attrition fee.
The deal applies to new visitors who book 20 rooms or more prior to Aug. 31, 2008, and stay for at least two nights prior to Dec. 31, 2008. The special rates are as follows:
* Between May 22 and Oct. 3: $105 per suite
* Between Oct. 4 and Dec. 31: $190 per suite
With their rooms, groups get complimentary meeting space and 50 percent off the cost of the second cocktail party when they book two of them.
