Rosen Hotels & Resorts has announced a new "Attrition Relief" program at its three convention properties in Orlando, Fla.—Rosen Plaza, Rosen Centre and Rosen Shingle Creek.
Available for groups that book new meetings with at least 400 room nights after Jan. 29, 2009, and actualize them before Dec. 31, 2009, the "Attrition Relief" program includes reduced or waived attrition based on group historical pickup data.
"We understand how difficult it is for meeting planners to estimate and guarantee their room block, so this program was designed to make their jobs a little easier," Rosen Hotels Convention Properties Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Leslie Menichini said in a statement. "As the industry evolves and travel habits change, we want to remain flexible and attentive to the needs of our planners and our attendees. We have developed a variety of special programs that make an immediate impact on our customers' bottom lines."
Combined, the Rosen Plaza, Rosen Centre and Rosen Shingle Creek convention properties offer more than 3,600 rooms and over 611,000 gross square feet of flexible meeting space near the Orange County Convention Center.
