Called the "Meeting Your Needs" Package, the package is available during select dates through April 2009 and includes the following amenities:

• Two complimentary suite upgrades
• Two complimentary roundtrip airport transfers
• 10 percent off of audio/visual needs
• Complimentary high-speed Internet access
• Complimentary use of the hotel's fitness center and pool
• The assistance of a conference concierge

Additionally, planners who book a minimum of 125 room nights will receive a complimentary two-night stay at the hotel, along with daily breakfast for two and two one-hour treatments at The Peninsula Spa.
