Marriott and Renaissance Caribbean & Mexico Resorts have announced a "Group Inclusive" package for meeting planners designed to help them cut costs at each of nine Marriott and Renaissance resort locations south of the border.
For a flat rate, the all-encompassing "Group Inclusive" offer includes standard guest rooms, daily food and beverage, welcome gifts for all attendees, meeting room rental, a welcome reception, a farewell dinner and more. The promotion requires a three-night minimum stay at all resorts except for Frenchman's Reef and Morning Star Marriott Beach Resort, which requires a four-night minimum stay. Aside from room taxes, all taxes, gratuities and service charges are included in the total package cost and some offer inclusions vary by resort. Blackout dates and other restrictions apply.
"This offer was created as a way to help businesses continue with their traditions of corporate retreats, incentive programs and events, but at a significantly lower cost," said Michelle Bozoki, director of marketing communications for Marriott and Renaissance Caribbean & Mexico Resorts. "We understand that meeting and event planners are being charged with the task of cutting budgets, and this allows them to do so without sacrificing location or level of service."
In addition to the Group Inclusive Package, the Marriott and Renaissance Caribbean & Mexico Resorts offer a "Meetings Value" Package that includes a complimentary meeting space rental, one-hour welcome reception and more.
