The Louisville Convention & Visitors Bureau has announced a series of cash incentives for groups that meet in Louisville, Ky., for the first time prior to Jan. 1, 2011.
Specifically, groups will receive the following benefits, paid directly to their organization:
• $1,000 when they book between 500 and 1,499 total room nights
• $2,500 when they book between 1,500 and 2,999 total room nights
• $5,000 when they book between 3,000 and 4,999 total room nights
• $10,000 when they book 5,000 total room nights or more
In addition to cash back, the Louisville CVB will make a $100 donation in your organization's name to Global Green USA, a national environmental nonprofit that's dedicated to fighting global climate change by promoting green building practices.
