Recently, Successful Meetings sent a survey out to our readership asking them about the small meetings they plan. Of the respondents, 47 percent were corporate planners, 30 percent worked for associations, and 23 percent were independent or third party planners. Of that pool, 81 percent reported that less than 10 percent of their small meetings use virtual technology to permit off-site attendees to participate in the live events. Here's what else they had to say.
