The self-contained Ocean + Thinktank complex features 30,000 square feet of meeting space divided into 20 meeting rooms, many of which can be easily combined and reconfigured and offers its own conference registration area with an integrated business center and four executive boardrooms.
The adjacent 70,000-square-foot Ovation Hall offers a 30,000-square-foot ballroom featuring unobstructed views and 15,000 square foot amphitheater. Ovation Hall can accommodate large general sessions and has a maximum capacity of 5,500 attendees.
90,000 square feet of outdoor function spaces provides numerous settings for memorable functions and social events of all sizes including the two-acre Sky Garden which enjoys spectacular ocean views accompanied by a number of distinct environments featuring open-air fire pits, cabanas and beautiful landscaping.
