Who Qualifies/Conditions:
- Meeting, incentive, training/conference programs or conventions planners with verifiable meetings history
- Planners with groups yielding a minimum of 50 rooms on peak night
- Southeast (MICE) destinations must be under consideration for an ACTIVE RFP
- Open meeting dates within 24 months of the event for which a site has not been selected
