A good concierge is a savvy traveler's secret weapon. Hard-to-get restaurant reservations? Tickets to a hot show? Tips on cool local spots? Balloons and cake to celebrate a special birthday? A concierge can hook you up. And if you're a meeting planner, he or she can hook up your group, too, thanks to Suiteness, an Oakland, CA-based startup that today announced its expansion into the meetings and events market.

Launched in 2015, Suiteness is an online platform through which travelers can book luxury hotel suites and multiple room accommodations in a growing list of markets, including Las Vegas, Miami, Los Angeles, New York, Orlando Chicago, and London. Guests who use the platform to book their room receive access to a digital concierge who can assist them with a wide variety of requests.

As of today, those requests include group-related asks from corporate users, meeting planners, and business travelers, who can leverage Suiteness' concierge partnerships for:

• Advanced Large Group Reservations: Users already can use Suiteness to book multi-room and connecting suites that are ideal for large groups. Now, however, they also can use it to coordinate restaurant, shows, and group outing schedules from reservation to confirmation.

• Group Bookings with Individual Focus: Suiteness says it can handle all personal detail coordination for large groups and can facilitate easy group payments.

• Adjoining Suites and Meeting Spaces: Suiteness will now source appropriate venues for large groups, including those that need a certain amount or type of meeting or event space.

"Since we've founded Suiteness, our goal has been to bring people together and ease the frustrations of traveling in groups from family vacations to company outings," said Robbie Bhathal, CEO and co-founder of Suiteness. "It was a natural next step to develop strategic offerings in our digital concierge program to assist business travelers and event planners booking through our platform because group travel simply does not have to be a headache."
