Meeting planners' tight timelines typically are an obstacle. Loews Hotels & Resorts, however, wants to make them an opportunity. It's therefore introduced a new promotion whereby it promises to respond to group inquiries within two hours of receiving them. If planners don't receive a response within two hours during regular business hours, and they book their meeting at a Loews hotel anyway, the company will make a $500 donation to the charity of their choice.
"No one has time to sit around waiting these days, especially when they're throwing business our way," Senior Vice President of Sales David Wiener said in a statement. "The new 'It's About Time!' promotion continues Loews' tradition of putting our clients first and making sure nothing gets in their way."

The "It's About Time!" promotion only applies to bookings of 10 rooms or more, sent Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time for the property about which planners are inquiring. For more information, visit www.loewshotels.com/meetings.
