The Dream Hotel Group is set to open seven new properties by 2019, kicking off with the opening of Dream Hollywood this fall.
"We always believed in the Dream brand, but it's exciting to see so many of our development partners believing in the same dream and turning it into a reality," notes David Kuperberg, chief development officer of the Dream Hotel Group.
Guests can soon experience Dream Hollywood, the highly anticipated David Rockwell-designed property. The hotel will feature 179 guest rooms and suites, an 11,000-square-foot rooftop, and five dining and nightlife venues in or adjacent to the property.
Other properties set to open include the 169-room Dream Nashville, which is expected to open in mid-2018; the 260-room Dream Dallas, opening in the second half of 2018; and the 175-room Dream Palms Springs, in California.
Dream Hotel Group will also open two New York City properties by 2019. The 239-room Dream Times Square will open in the second half of 2018 in Manhattan's bustling center, while the 254-room Dream Long Island City is expected to open in 2019 in the sleepier borough of Queens.
The 325-room Dream Doha will be the group's first property breaking ground in the Middle East, set to open in late 2019.
Dream Hotel Group is home to The Time, The Chatwal, and Unscripted hotel brands, in addition to Dream Hotels in South Beach, New York City (midtown and downtown properties), Bangkok, and Phuket.
