Nashville's new convention hotel, The Westin Nashville, is officially open for business, Westin Hotels & Resorts announced today.

Located in downtown Nashville's burgeoning SoBro neighborhood, across the street from convention center Music City Center, The Westin Nashville stands 27 stories high and has 453 guest rooms; a spa with nine treatment rooms; a state-of-the-art fitness center with an indoor pool; two signature restaurants; a locally-inspired lobby bar and eatery; and 20,000 square feet of meeting space, including pre-function space, a ballroom for up to 500 guests, and 12 meeting rooms.

Its most anticipated amenity, however, is its 200-seat rooftop venue, L27 Rooftop Bar. The region's tallest rooftop bar, it features an infinity pool with cabanas, a bar serving food and beverage, live entertainment, and a private space for events, which opens later this fall.

"The Westin Nashville is going to set the bar for the city's hospitality industry," said General Manager Ray Waters. "Our accommodations and amenities invoke the feelings of relaxation, excitement, and luxury. We hope to provide our guests with not only the service and comfort they expect, but an experience they will treasure for years to come."
