Myrtle Beach, S.C., is known for its golf courses, beachfront boardwalk, food scene and, of course, its pristine, sandy beaches. For groups, the options are endless, whether it's meetings venues -- the DoubleTree Hilton, for example, has a 48-booth exhibition hall -- or activities that can accommodate larger parties.

DAY 1: EXPLORE THE BEACHES

11:00 AM

Spend the day enjoying the soft, sandy beaches. When you want a break from the views, check out the SkyWheel -- a 187-foot-tall Ferris wheel -- or visit the several old-school amusement parks for some oceanfront thrills.

6:00 PM
Head over to The Original Benjamin's Calabash Seafood for a 170-item seafood buffet specializing in Calabash-style cuisine, which is lightly battered and deep fried. Not only can you enjoy a filling meal, but the joint also serves as a maritime museum, filled with a plethora of goods from the world's largest fishing rod to miniature ships made by the in-house ship-maker.

DAY 2: HIT THE GREENS

7:30 AM

Enjoy a few rounds of golf at one of Myrtle Beach's countless courses. A popular one? Legends Golf Course. Legends offers five premium courses, with on-site accommodations as well. The Heritage Club at Pawleys Island, S.C., is unique -- it was once ranked as one of the "50 Best Public Courses in America" by Golf Digest and is set amidst giant magnolias and 300-year-old oaks.

4:00 PM
Unwind for the day by taking part in Duplin Winery's Deluxe Wine Tasting, which allows you to sample up to 10 wines and enjoy gourmet crackers and dip. You can also enjoy watching the bottling process or shop in the retail store for wine accessories.

6:30 PM
End your evening with a first-class meal at Hook & Barrel, an eco-friendly seafood restaurant featuring sustainable and local produce. Owner and chef Heidi Vukov was named South Carolina Chef Ambassador for 2018.

DAY 3: GET CULTURAL

9:30 AM

Experience the intersection of nature and art at Brookgreen Gardens, which is home to the largest collection of American figurative sculpture in the country, amidst 9,127 acres of cultivated landscape.

7:00 PM

Catch a show at The Carolina Opry Theater for some world-class entertainment. The theater's eponymous show features two hours of high-energy music, comedy and dance.
