A trio of Marriott hotels in the Greater Cincinnati metropolitan area -- the Cincinnati Airport Marriott, the Cincinnati Marriott North, and the Cincinnati Marriott Northeast -- has completed a yearlong renovation, Marriott International announced today. The company invested $10 million in each property, resulting in a $30 million regional project encompassing each hotel's guest rooms, front desk, lobby, atrium, club lounge, and restaurants.

"Designed to inspire, our new look is everything you love about Marriott, with a modern twist," said Ryan Minton, general manager of the Cincinnati Marriott North. "Each Marriott property figures prominently into the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky hospitality industry, hosting tourists, business travelers, large meetings, and special events. We've made a sizeable investment in these three properties, and we hope it demonstrates our continued commitment to the region."

The interiors at each hotel were updated with a new color palette consisting of grays, blues, and greens instead of their previous reds and golds. Rooms received new furniture, bedding, carpet, refrigerators, safes, and televisions, as well as updated bathrooms that have new walk-in showers, fixtures, commodes, mirrors, and lighting.

The M Club Lounge at each hotel was similarly updated; once located on a higher floor, each was moved to the first floor, where the atrium is now home to an integrated "great room" that can be reserved for events.

In the area of food and beverage, all three properties have opened a new restaurant specializing in local ingredients and/or dishes.

Concluded Minton, "This investment is a signal to the community that we are here to stay, and we can't wait for them to see what we've been working on for the past year."
