Hilton Hotels & Resorts has opened its first dual-brand hotel in Mexico, the Hilton Garden Inn Mexico City Santa Fe. The hotel joins the other half of the development, DoubleTree by Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe, which opened in 2016. The two properties make up Hilton's first dual-brand property in Mexico.
The 190-room Hilton Garden Inn Mexico City Santa Fe offers 14,400 square feet of flexible meeting space across 13 meeting rooms, located at the adjoining DoubleTree. The property is the closest option to the adjacent Expo Santa Fe Mexico Convention Center in the city's new corporate district.

"As one of Mexico City's major business districts, Santa Fe is an ideal location for Hilton's continued portfolio growth and the company's first dual-brand property in the country," said Jose Muñoz, area vice president, operations, Mexico & Central America, Hilton.

The Hilton Garden Inn's guest rooms include a desk, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave oven, and living room area. The hotel offers access to a fitness center and covered swimming pool at the DoubleTree by Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe.

In addition to onsite dining options The Garden Grille & Bar and the 24-hour Pavilion Pantry, the property is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and entertainment, as well as the corporate offices of 3M, GE, Johnson & Johnson, and Microsoft.

The property is located approximately 25 miles from Toluca International Airport and 17 miles from Mexico City International Airport.
