Recently, Successful Meetings sent a survey out to our readership asking them to tell us what made a city affordable for meetings. Of the respondents 42 percent were corporate planners, 31 percent were association planners, and 27 percent were third party or independent planner. Of that pool, 21 percent add the money saved on a meeting held in affordable city the budget of another meeting being held during the same fiscal year. Here's what else they had to say.
