Both hotels will offer a swimming pool — an indoor pool with indigenous trees and stones in Denver and an all-season outdoor pool in Vail — a 24-hour fitness center, an onsite restaurant and a spa — a 9,092-square-foot spa in Denver and an 11,000-square-foot spa in Vail. In Vail, where the resort also includes 16 private residences, an additional amenity will include dedicated ski concierge service featuring private lockers, a lounge and deluxe equipment rentals.
