Chris Baum Named President of Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority

Chris Baum, the senior vice president for marketing at the Detroit Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau, has been appointed president and CEO of the Reno-Sparks Convention & Visitors Authority.
In his six years with the Detroit Visitor Bureau, Baum developed branding strategies, slogans and advertising campaigns, with much success.
“I couldn’t be more excited,” says Baum. “I’m thankful to the board for this opportunity and I’m eager to start promoting the countless attributes of Reno Tahoe.”
