Scoping Out Miami's New Museum Park
January 25, 2012
Miami's new 29-acre Museum Park, overlooking Biscayne Bay, will soon be worth a look.
The Miami Science Museum breaks ground this month on a new $275-million complex scheduled to open in early 2015. The museum will feature a 600,000-gallon aquarium and a 3D planetarium. It is next door to the site of the new Miami Art Museum, which began construction last month and is scheduled for completion next year.
