Caesars Entertainment has signed a preferred vendor agreement with event services firm Freeman, it recently announced.

Under the terms of the agreement, Freeman will be the only general services company recommended to provide work on exhibitions, conventions, trade shows and meetings held at Caesars' eight Las Vegas properties, including Caesars Palace, Flamingo Las Vegas, Bally's Las Vegas, Paris Las Vegas, Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino and Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. In turn, Freeman — which will maintain offices at Caesars' properties — will act as an extension of Caesars' meeting sales and operations team to help customers create events "from concept through execution."

"After years of working together and being immersed in these landmark proprieties, it means a great deal to have Caesars Entertainment select Freeman as its sole preferred general services provider," said Patricia Johnson, assistant director of sales-exposition services, Freeman. "Our goal at every Freeman event is to create a truly flawless experience for our customer. Through this exciting new partnership, we will be able to help introduce our industry leading service and expertise to an even larger pool of exhibitors and event managers."

According to Caesars, the partnership will help simplify the event planning process for customers, as Freeman will offer venue-approved, custom structures such as entrance units and registration areas that are designed to specifically to fit Caesars' properties and match their décor.

"We are thrilled to be partnering with Freeman as our sole preferred general services provider in Las Vegas," said Caesars Entertainment Senior Vice President Michael Massari. "They are experts in their field and fantastic partners to us and our clients, and we are proud to feature their services for our group customers at our Las Vegas properties."
