MeetGreen Launches Updated Green Calculator

In response to advances in sustainable meetings practices, Portland, Ore.-based MeetGreen has introduced an updated version of its popular benchmarking calculator, it announced yesterday.
Originally released in 2007, the MeetGreen Calculator helps meeting planners capture key performance indicators that they can use to benchmark their events and evaluate the success of sustainable programs within them. The new version integrates APEX/ASTM Green Meetings and Events Standards and the British Standard for Sustainable Events to assess more than 160 event management practices and measurable outcomes related to sustainability across 10 key categories.
