All things North Carolina were featured during a state-sponsored travel showcase held in New York City at the Midtown Loft & Terrace in mid-March. Beer, cocktails, and culinary samples featuring three North Carolina chefs were offered.
Scoozi Events NYC, a full-service boutique catering, event planning, and party production company, served a variety of small bites including a scene stealer: popcorn chicken with a plastic syringe of barbecue sauce in a North Carolina branded box. The idea was to squirt the sauce on the chicken, close the box, shake, and enjoy. And enjoy everyone did.
